I grew up in a good church, but if you had asked me at the time to tell you what the Bible says about money, I would have only had negative things to say from the Bible. Certainly, the Bible does warn against greed and the dangerous pursuit of money. However, I was not fully exposed to the other side of the Bible's relationship to money, its promise that God will provide our needs and bless us. We see an example of this in the earliest forefathers of Israel, in God's blessing toward Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. If they were so blessed, how much more us!
