So we were thinking about something as we were talking about this. It is also related to the types of investing that you're doing, whether or not it's in real estate. Before we started recording today, we were talking about personality types, and how we relate it to predictive index, because we read people's reports about their personality and some people are really afraid of risk, some people are very risky, and will just do the most trying to make the most amount of money. Some people are a little bit of a balance. So we'll start there and then we'll talk about the real estate investing world in general. And how personality types vary there, based on risk.

We invest in things that we feel comfortable about that fits our personal profiles. It's interesting to see different personalities and know what they invest in. And their risk profile changes depending upon their knowledge about certain investments. As husband and wife, we have different risk profiles and different comfort levels. So we talk about where we invest and how much we're willing to invest. Even if one of us is uncomfortable, it doesn’t preclude the other from investing. For us, I'm going to decline to put money into something that I don’t know or fully understand. It is an interesting dynamic when we discuss financial planning or we talk about it with loved ones because sometimes you have to figure out your risk profile and one’s comfort level. You have to hear somebody else talking about it for you to say I like that or not. Sometimes it is only then that you come to understand your own likes and dislikes when it comes to investing your own money.
