Over years of talking to brands like Tesco, Marks & Spencer, Sony and VW, James came to understand a common factor in why great brands succeed: it’s about being clear what you stand for and proving it every day in how you treat customers and employees. In other words, it’s about building the right culture. James started his own business, PRPSFL, in 2019 to take his learnings to small business owners around the UK.
