Hi folks, obviously our lives have changed dramatically in the last couple of weeks with uncertainty creeping in.
Today we'll talk a bit about viruses in general, and demystify them and we'll discuss a little about the specifics of the coronavirus and we're going to keep doing what we do. Educate, evaluate and discuss overlooked ways to maintain and regain our health in the face of adversity.
I was thinking about it over the weekend and this is the perfect time to block out (or try to limit) the chaotic noise and refocus on what truly is important which is our health, our families health and support for our community. When you live regret free you don't have to worry. Be proactive and be calm.
