Crystal Grenier is an online wellness consultant who helps women thrive despite a chronic illness so that they can realize an abundant life through guided offers around emotional health focusing on six phases of support; building community, e-books, workshops, a membership program, virtual and live retreats, and mastermind courses.
As a breast cancer survivor, with a deep background in health and fitness, she has been given the tools to share intentional insight into alternative healing methods of self-acceptance, continued growth and copious living.
Crystal is a contributing writer for Thrive Global, a local newspaper column, “Healing through Conversations,” and contributing author in “Feisty, Dangerously Amazing Women Using Their Voices & Making an Impact” (Red Thread Publishing), and aspiring solo author of an upcoming compilation of interviews around alchemizing emotions in female chronic illness”.
She holds a Bachelors in Communication/Business and a Masters in Sports Management. She currently lives in North Dakota, and is married with two adult daughters.
Crystal flows with all things natural. Her physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual practices keep her grounded, present, and on a continued path of authentic healing.
