Welcome to today's Cloud Based Real Estate Brokerage TOPOS & TALK #41 - I have so many things going through my head every day about Real Estate that I just want to get it all out. I get asked so many questions about real estate every day. And, coach so many agents that it's time to answer all of those in depth questions while I sip on my Topo Chico.

In today’s episode I do a deep dive into Why Choices In Real Estate Are Good? With real estate agents wanting to make a move in their career, and wanting to change brokerages anytime the market shifts or changes or things kind of start getting weird. It's always the same thing. At the end of the day nothing is considered a high quality lead to me until it becomes a Commission in your bank account. Unless somebody is giving you endless amounts of closings, then to me it's just like OK. As time has prevailed and the market is changing, you know what is really coming to fruition and what is coming to light is that agents want more than what their brokerage is giving them, whether it has to do with closings, leads, or support training, skills, all those things and truth be told. It's the exact same thing that I went through a long time ago, except for I wasn't waiting for the market to change. I was always holding myself to a high level of expectations. It's like what my performance coach always tells me he goes. Did you were like one of the only people that I've ever met that executes at an extremely high level, but you also have extremely high expectations? So it's a very unique combination that you typically get with two different person. So anyways, I was always one of those people that always thought that my brokerage for what I was paying them needed to provide me with more Leverage, help in assistance trainings or leads. At the end of the day, every brokerage has to be your broker. They have to broke the deal. They have to put their name on the dotted line. They have to approve yourself, whatever it may be now. Let's just call that the baseline of the minimal expectation of a broker.
