Seth Lyon is a Somatic Experience Practitioner who guides people to release pent up traumas from their nervous systems. With Seth’s expertise, we close the loop on our convo from Ep. 69 (check that out here) about neurodivergence and trauma, learning about how our society is built on trauma; how that keeps us stuck in a fake system; and how we can heal these blocks to live a fuller, more aligned life!
