You can be a doormat, a bulldozer, a prima donna, or the rock. Normally, we're all of them, in certain situations -- alas conformity. However, being a doormat all the time will never get you ahead in life. Being a bulldozer means you'll just powerdrive through everyone. Being a prima donna will just make you the most hated person in the world, and being a rock = Steve Jobs. That definitely won't benefit you.
