His food is his famous BBQ ribs, Street corn and Vanilla bean ice cream with hot fudge sauce. "John the Beer Snob" brings Sierra Nevada's Bigfoot barley wine style beer. Bigfoot clocks in at 9.6% ABV. The snacks to go with the Bigfoot beer are blue cheese, gorgonzola blue cheese and Khalil's famous raspberry chocolate cake.
