Over the course of this year’s COVID-19 Pandemic and in the midst of the present racial unrest families, friends, loved ones, students, co-workers and colleagues are being forced to have some painful conversations that they otherwise would not be having. The problem as I see it is not having the conversations; or having them without the proper tools and skill sets to have a planned and intentionally successful and impactful outcome. While the conversations may appear painful, they are absolutely necessary for growth and healing. Let's have the "Courageous Conversation that Connects"
