Are foods easily divided into categories such as "carbs," "fats," and "proteins?" Does it matter?
People think that calories in vs. calories out is a good way to get you on the right track, but is not an exact system.
People find that after they are on a diet for some time, they stop losing weight. Why is that? And what can be done about that?
Does "low-fat" mean it's good for a diet? Does fat content even matter at all?
People think they know all they need to know about weight loss, but they just don't have enough self-control. Granted, self-control is a factor as well, but do we really have the right information?
Diets need to be sustainable for them to last. However, no diet is sustainable. (The motivation we have at the beginning of a diet may create an illusion that a particular diet is sustainable long term, but its isn't). What should we do about it?
Enablers are people who try to get us to break our diets. How should we deal with them?
What's easier? Losing all our excess weight in one diet? Or multiple attempts? The answer may surprise you.
